《風のオデッセイ》プログラムノート
《風のオデッセイ》(L’Odysée des Vents) は、吹奏楽の多彩な響きと豊かな音色を讃える作品として生まれました。
絶えず変化しながら進んでいく音楽の物語は、荘厳で雄大な風景から、そっと寄り添うような繊細な響きまで、聴く人の心を揺さぶりながら旅 へと誘います。
ひとつひとつの瞬間が探求の場となり、広がる音の質感や移ろう空気に、身を委ねていただければと思います。
演奏では、各楽器が持つ表現力と技巧が存分に活かされ、随所に登場するソロが個々の楽器の個性を際立たせます。
それらが重なり合うことで音楽に奥行きが生まれ、アンサンブル全体で広がりのある響きを創り出します。
さらに、打楽器がリズムの躍動感や色彩の鮮やかさを支え、音楽に生命力とダイナミズムを与えています。
流れるように移り変わる調性、ドラマチックな展開、そして細やかな音の対比を通して、《風のオデッセイ》は演奏者にも聴衆にも、没入感のあ る音楽体験を届けることでしょう。
それぞれが自由にこの音楽を感じ取り、響きの波やうねりに乗りながら、自分だけの物語を描いていただけたら幸いです。

Program Notes for L'Odysée des Vents
L'Odysée des Vents is a work created to celebrate the diverse sounds and rich timbres of wind band. The ever-evolving musical narrative, constantly changing as it progresses, invites listeners on a journey, stirring their hearts with everything from majestic and grand landscapes to delicate, intimate sounds. Each moment becomes a place of exploration, and the listeners are invited to surrender themselves to the expanding textures of sound and shifting atmospheres.
In the performance, the expressive power and technique of each instrument are fully utilized, with solos appearing throughout to highlight the individuality of each instrument. These overlapping voices create depth in the music, and the ensemble as a whole generates a resonant and expansive sound. Furthermore, the percussion supports the rhythm's vibrancy and the vividness of the colors, infusing the music with life and dynamism.
Through the flowing shifts in tonality, dramatic developments, and subtle contrasts in sound, L'Odysée des Vents offers an immersive musical experience for both performers and audiences. It is hoped that each listener will freely interpret this music, riding the waves and undulations of sound, and paint their own unique story. Supported by the graceful yet powerful nature unique to wind ensembles, this musical journey is intended to resonate deeply with the hearts of those who listen.
