Program notes: I compose this in February 2010 in response to a request to “use a folk song transmitted to Fukuoka Prefecture, with a range that even beginners can play well”. The folk songs used here are three songs: “Kuroda-bushi” (C to E), “Tanko-bushi” (G to H), and “Hakata Iwai-uta” (L to N). In addition, a rhythm that imitates "Hakata teippon" is incorporated in some places. Performance time : ca. 6'00" (Ken'ichi Masakado)
