Clear Your Head / Before you start any project especially when it has to do with an event that has to happen that wasn't a joyful one, you need to clear your mind. I've talked a little bit about how I personally clear my head in past articles. I either do it by listening to empowering music, closing my eyes, either laying down or sitting up in a comfortable position. You can also use a meditating app. I highly recommend the 'Calm' app which is available in the iTunes store or Google Play store. Whatever makes you feel at your most calm.

Disregard Opinions / When doing a project that mentions your hurt or a hard to explain an event, you may upset some people, especially the person that hurt you. You have to disregard that. Art is a form of expression and there is no limit to how you are supposed to express it. Don't hold back your story because you are afraid of making people upset with your truth. You deserve a way to free yourself.

Execute / It's time to start creating. You already know the topic but how could you execute it into a beautiful masterpiece? The real answer is, there is no real answer because any way you express your hurt in an art form, it will be beautiful. You can tell it in a visual, a written essay or article, a dance routine to a song that speaks your pain through the lyrics etc. There are so many different ways to express your hurt and free yourself but whatever way you choose, it will be beautiful.
