On Wednesday 22nd March, our U11 girls were victorious in their IAPS netball qualifier at Wellington College. They played superbly, holding their nerves and coping under pressure whilst really working beautifully as a team They won all of their pool matches, placing them in the cup competition. They then beat Chesham Prep in the quarter finals, Lambrook in the semi’s and went on to beat Bishopsgate in the final gaining them a place in the national finals at Rugby School in March. Thanks to Kindergarten, Lowers and Middles for hosting the cake sale in the Sports Hall Gallery on Friday 3rd February. It was so lovely to see so many girls and boys there enjoying the delicious cakes. The cake sale raised a record £840 for SKSN, the school’s charity of the year. Left over cakes were donated to Wycombe Food Hub.
FoG would also like to thank Louise Trier-Poulson for organising the cake sales this year.
