Our U13 Lacrosse team travelled to Aldershot to play at the National Schools’ Lacrosse Tournament on Tuesday 14th March. All the U13 Lacrosse teams in the country, 32 teams in all, (mostly from large senior schools) meet at this event to battle it out Down to our 3rd goalie, due to injuries, we were on the back foot from the start. Our hero, Scarlett, however, played valiantly in goal and saved a number of shots, keeping our scores close with each opposition The games did not go our way but the girls fought hard and never gave up It was a great experience and the team loved every minute of it

Also on Tuesday one of our U9 netball teams travelled to Pipers Corner to play in a tournament. The girls showed great resilience against some strong opposition, finishing in 5th place and scoring some fantastic goals Well played girls

One of our U10 netball teams attended an invitational 5 aside tournament at Maltman’s Green on Monday We played some great flowing netball and showed strong teamwork to finish in 3rd place The girls all played exceptionally well and a special mention to Hattie who was the MVP of the day.

On Saturday 11th March, our U13 Lacrosse team went to Wycombe Abbey to have their last practice match before the National Schools’ Tournament We played 3 x 15 minutes in preparation for the tournament length matches. Scarlett stepped in at the last minute to play goalie after both U13 and U12 goalies were injured The scores were close for each match with Wycombe Abbey winning by 1 goal in the first 2 matches and 3 goals in the last.
