James Kacergis James Kacergis serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at TeraWulf, where he is responsible for corporate development, acquisitions and site origination, and customer sales across the company’s digital infrastructure platform. Since joining the company in 2023, he has been instrumental in building TeraWulf’s data center business and advancing large-scale AI and hyperscale infrastructure opportunities. Before TeraWulf, he was Vice President of Investment Research at NovaWulf Digital, specializing in digital infrastructure and energy investments, and previously worked at Onex Credit focused on fundamental investment research. James graduated from the United States Naval Academy and Naval Nuclear Power School and Prototype and served as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer aboard the USS Michigan, completing three Western Pacific deployments. He comes from a family with a strong tradition of military service, with five of seven siblings attending the Naval Academy and serving in the U.S. military.

Pace Ralli Pace Ralli serves as Vice President of Project Development at TeraWulf, where he is responsible for development of all new projects in the TeraWulf portfolio, from the point of site origination to the start of capital construction of the data center buildings. Before TeraWulf, Pace brings two decades of experience across the financial, energy infrastructure, utility power and renewables, and climate technology sectors, working as both an investor and co-founder of new ventures in the energy space. Pace has worked at Pacific Gas & Electric in California, where he focused on energy efficiency and natural gas transmission, as well as SCIenergy, where he helped launched the Energy Efficiency Catalyst fund to finance large-scale emissions reductions in commercial real estate. Pace founded three ongoing cleantech businesses in the US maritime sector, including Clean Marine Energy LLC, which builds clean fueling infrastructure for the maritime shipping industry, MidOcean Wind LLC, which constructed Jones Act-compliant vessels to serve the growing US offshore wind industry; and SWITCH Maritime LLC, that builds zero-emissions vessels using hydrogen fuel cell technology. Pace holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
