The latest rumor about Owensboro is believable, but not true. The city is NOT considering changing its name to WOWensboro, even though this year will be the busiest in growth and entertainment and events in our history. There is so much going on this spring and summer that this month’s “early” Rooster Booster program (March 31) will celebrate all of the fun and events coming to our region this season. We’ll be throwing a fun party at Rooster Booster just before spring break. Thursday’s break-
