191 would have been another bull that would have been in the show pen if we were showing cattle this last fall and winter. I believe that the combination of 180 and 191 would have been a very cool pair of bulls together being 3/4 siblings and almost identical from the time they were born to yearling weights.

191 stems from another very attractive Barndance daughter, his daughters like 180 and 191 are the reason that we continue to use him selectively in our herd. We don’t truly know the value of these bulls like Barndance until he is long past gone and his daughters are 5-8 years into production.

Sire: Red J Bar Dee Thunderhead 3F

Dam: Red KF Baroness 57Z

A bull calf that has new bloodlines for us. Came in dam from Kenray Ranch. The 57Z cow is the granddam of one of the hottest sires for Ter-Ron Farms right now.

RED GOAD BEAU 214’22

DOB: Jan 28,2022 BW: 79lbs Sept 17 WW: 605lbs

Jan 25 YW: 915lbs EPDs: BW +1.7 WW +14 YW +20

Sire: Red Roseleau Beau 142D

Dam: Red Goad Reba 7’16

I like to try a few old bulls on some of our moderate, big middled cows every year. The dam of 214 raised our high selling bull last year to Mixburn Colony. I think this calf has a lot of potential and will really hit his stride as a two year old.

RED GOAD OPPORTUNITY 223’22

DOB: Jan 24,2022 BW: 87lbs Sept 17 WW: 765lbs

Jan 25 YW: 1150lbs EPDs: BW +3.3 WW +51 YW +85

Sire: Red Badlands Opportunity 53Y

Dam: Red Goad Reba 8’16

A bull that I have had my eye on for quite a while now, he just didn't want to cooperate in the picture pen. Opportunity was has been a bred leader in WW and YW traits. Best suited for mature heifers or second calvers.

RED GOAD LONE STAR 218’22

DOB: Feb 7,2022

EPDs: BW –0.6 WW +23 YW +34

Sire: Red Vikse Lone Star 28F

Dam: Red Goad Reba 38’16

Heifer bull coming from our strongest cow family, the Reba’s. Any Reba’s that calve around here, I'm always interested to see what she has because I know the calf will be one of our top ones.

RED GOAD HIGH CAPACITY 221’22

DOB: Jan 24,2022

Jan 25: 1105lbs

BW: 88lbs Sept 17 WW: 715lbs

EPDs: BW –0.7 WW +38 YW +66

Sire: Red Brylor RSTD High Capacity

Dam: Red Goad Dana 2’16

High Capacity X Bazinga should have offered a lot of calving ease. A bull that I think will be no problems on heifers due to his pedigree. Don’t know if the scale was wrong the day he was weighed or got marked down wrong but 88lbs is what was recorded.

RED GOAD DRAGSTER 225’22

Sire: Red DKF Racer 8E

Dam: Red Ter-ron Lucy 178D

Finally! I have been waiting for this cow to have a bull calf and being bred to Racer makes him even more exciting. Lucy 178D was purchased through the Ter-Ron bull and female as their high selling female. She’s been a cow that we have always admired and have been waiting for that one bull calf that we can use in our program to make more replacement females like her.

Dragster is a special son out of the dominate show bull Red DKF Racer 8E. We have admired a few Racer progeny over the years so we were excited to try him out on some of our own cows. We want to keep a walking interest in Dragster so that we can walk him with cows each year at the end of April for 2 cycles. We would like to work with partners so that he can walk in two programs each year. Please call for details.

Sire: Red Goad Statement 104’20

Statement has been done a fantastic job on his first calf. We lost him this winter so we will be limited on his natural calves going forward. Get a son while you can. The weaning weights you see when sell calves will thank you.

These Statement calves hit the group and they haven't stopped growing. We have seen this in both sexes of his calves. I cant wait to see these Statement females on grass this summer.

Sire: Red Crowfoot Moonshine 8081U

Moonshine X Mission is almost as fool proof of mating we have produced the last few years. Expect calves to be born easy and grow fast. This guy will leave a great set of replacement females

RED GOAD LONE STAR 236’22

Sire: Red Vikse Lone Star 28F

Dam: Red FCF 1627W Miss 1949A

We rented Lone Star to add in another calving ease bull to our walking bulls. We have been very happy with the results that he has left us. Dark red, lots of hair, and calving ease.

Sire: Red Lazy MC Trooper 21Y

Trooper son of one of our up and coming top producing cows. Really like the length of body in this guy and his dark red colour.

RED GOAD STATEMENT 239’22

DOB: Jan 21,2022 BW: 71lbs

Jan 25 YW: 1090lbs EPDs: BW +0.3 WW +48 YW +77

Sire: Red Goad Statement 104’20

Statement son with calving ease! He’s stamped the same as all the other Statements with a big hip and huge middled. A bull that I would be very excited about turning into a group of heifers.
