The34thRotaractDistrictAssembly,hostedonthe6thofJulyat WatersEdge,sawaninspiringgatheringof650participants, showcasingthestrengthandunityofourRotaractcommunity. The Rotary International Assembly, held from January 7th to 11th at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort in Florida, brought together District Governor-Elects from around the world for intensive training and preparation. A highlight was Rotary International President Stephanie Urchick's unveiling of the 2024-2025 theme, "The Magic of Rotary," which inspired attendees to leadwithpassionandcreativity.
Among the distinguished participants were District Governor Sushena Ranatunga and First Lady Roshini Ranatunga, who actively engaged in the sessions and built valuable relationships, demonstrating their commitment to leading the Districtwithexcellence.

This initiative, spearheaded by Club President Sandaruwan Samarathunga, aligns with the club's mission to uplift underserved communities, especially on members' birthdays In celebration of PP and Secretary Amal Piyathilake's birthday, the project included an educational session for mothers, distribution of 15 nutritional pouches, and the donation of a much-needed water filter to the Theppankulama clinic
