BEST COMEDIAN Carrot Top He’s an orange institution. After extending his Strip show for five more years before its COVID-forced shutdown, Carrot Top returned to comedy duty in the fall, performing in a much larger theater with weird restrictions and doing everything to keep the laughs coming.
