Dr. Gleb was lauded as “Office Whisperer” by The New York Times for helping leaders make the best decisions in the future of work. He serves as the CEO of the future-of-work consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts. Dr. Gleb authored seven books in total, including his newest book, an instant best-seller, ChatGPT for Thought Leaders and Content Creators: Unlocking the Potential of Generative AI for Innovative and Effective Content Creation (Intentional Insights, 2021). That book helps guide professionals to use generative AI as a tool to create effective content for their business goals. His cutting-edge thought leadership was featured in over 650 articles and 550 interviews in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Inc. Magazine, USA Today, CBS News, Fox News, Time, Business Insider, Fortune, The New York Times, and elsewhere. His writing was translated into Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Korean, French, Vietnamese, German, and other languages. His expertise comes from over 20 years of consulting, coaching, and speaking and training for Fortune 500 companies from Aflac to Xerox. It also comes from over 15 years in academia as a behavioral scientist, with 8 years as a lecturer at UNC-Chapel Hill and 7 years as a professor at Ohio State. A proud Ukrainian American, Dr. Gleb lives in Columbus, Ohio.

JOHN COPELAND DIRECTOR, ARTS & CULTURE TOURISM AT GMCVB

Previous work has included service with the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, the Arts & Business Council of Americans for the Arts, Youth Orchestra of Palm each County, and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach. John has also worked in public education as Director of Bands at Fort Valley Middle School in Ft Valley, GA He is a graduate of Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education. With a strong personal interest in serving the community, John volunteers as a Board Member for the Florida Cultural Alliance, Miami Music Project, Academy of Hospitality & Tourism, and the Arts & Business Council of Miami.

John has also worked in public education as Director of Bands at Fort Valley Middle School in Ft. Valley, GA. He is a graduate of Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education.

With a strong personal interest in serving the community, John volunteers as a Board Member for the Florida Cultural Alliance, Miami Music Project, Academy of Hospitality & Tourism, and the Arts & Business Council of Miami.

STEVEN ENCINOSA DIRECTOR OF SALES, MARKETING AND EVENTS AT HYATT REGENCY MIAMI

Steven, a graduate of FIU, embarked on his Hyatt journey in 2006 at Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Resort and Spa, starting in the front office. Transitioning to Sales in 2007, he excelled as the Senior Sales Manager until 2013. Steven then took on the role of pre-opening and opening Director of Sales at Thompson Miami Beach (now The Confidante). In 2016, he joined SLS Brickell, and most recently, he returned to Conrad Miami as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In February 2022, Steven assumed the position of Director of Sales and Events at Hyatt Regency Miami. Throughout his career, Steven has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt sales and marketing strategies to align with the goals of each brand he represents.

George Neary Event Industry Thought Leader

George Neary is a prominent leader in the Miami events industry, dedicating his entire career to the field. As a former Board Member of the Greater Miami Festivals and Events Association, he has played a key role in shaping the industry. George has organized eight successful Art Deco Weekend festivals as the Executive Director of the Miami Design Preservation League, and he has also been involved in seven Miami Beach Festival of the Arts events. He is a founding member of the South Beach Jazz Festival and currently serves on its Board of Directors. George's expertise in the field led him to serve as the Associate VP of Cultural Tourism for the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.
