It is obvious flom the above that the various fields of activities open to the
can be very nun1erous, and that it is only wise for the Scout Associations which now exist h over one hundred countries to concentrate hitially on the young people who ac“ ally become members of this `vorld~、 vide Brotherhood, In Hong Kong,the officials of the Scout Association
have also devoted, for the past 60 years, most of their efforts to a contmuous programme of training in citizenship va1ues for the Association’

they have thought it appropriate to review the contribution which the Association can offer to the young peop1e o￡
