Hotels may have the option to offer room nights, in lieu of cash, in exchange for marketing with Andrew Harper. Barter nights are packaged and sold exclusively to Andrew Harper members via the private, members-only website. These barter packages are promoted in one of our most popular weekly emails and on the highly trafficked auctions webpage. Therefore, the barter option provides additional valued exposure to our partners, above and beyond the marketing itself. Once purchased, barter nights are booked exclusively by Andrew Harper’s Travel Office team to ensure a smooth experience. Members often request additional nights or rooms which are booked at full price. Interested in barter, but not sure what marketing might fit your budget? Simply let us know the number of nights you’re able to offer as a barter exchange, and we will propose a marketing plan customized to your needs. There are great options for every budget. *Barter value is double the cash price of the selected marketing opportunity and requires an 18-month validity, along with the inclusion of your SELECT benefits or Partner Amenity Program benefits. These benefits are factored into the barter value. Barter options may also be approved for non-hotel partners. Barter agreements allow for blackout dates, as well as other inclusions/exclusions agreed upon with Andrew Harper.
