The aim of Global Nomads is to identify these stories and tell the story as accurately as possible with as pallet the whole spectrum of the arts to our disposition. A translation of a mission into sounds and images, with as inspiration the meaning of what stands in front of us. The participation to giving the peoples a voice, giving the forgotten a voice or the unheard a voice. The Power of Film The Magic of Film An Opportunity to Let the Truth be Heard I discovered that I would become a filmmaker thanks to my surrealistic childhood and had that confirmed during my travels around the world. Because I traveled and because of the contrasts as well as the connections with my surroundings I got to know myself better than ever before. I was speechless and humbled so many times. There is so much happening, there is so much to see, so much to learn, there are so many interesting people, filled with thousands of incredible stories there are such magical places. Then there are others that are isolated within their circumstances who are dying to be heard. I was about to learn about sharing this all with the world. These films will serve the people on both sides, would exchange cultures and morals for each to learn more about who they are as I did.This was when I knew I would become a filmmaker. THE MEDICINE STORY Stories have, throughout history of mankind, been the way to teach a peoples. Every story can serve a people depending on which one you choose to represent a specific situation. In every village or town the is the one known as the storyteller. They are often regarded by some cultures as the wise one or even the medicine man or woman. This because they own the art of healing through the presenting of a particular story to affront a particular situation.

LEARNING THROUGH EXPERIENCE For millions of years people learn through their experiences. A story contains a protagonist, a begin situation an obstacle and a solution or moral. Throughout my whole life Iâ€™ve used stories from my friends around the world to serve others. I choose them depending on the situation or conflict and use it preciously to help the other. Independent where we are coming from we all go through the same or similar stories. The obstacles have always served us to learn, to grow and to gain insight. The morals of the stories are the keys.

THE ART OF FILMMAKING The art of fimmaking is no different from the oral stories except that it adds new dimensions thanks to the audio and visual which gives the story a time/place and face from which to identify with.

INSIGHT In my whole life Iâ€™ve used stories from around the world, not only culturally but sub culturally, and personal stories from all these people/guides to serve the people I stand in front of. I can conclude that it serves well because people have trouble to keep overview over their own situation when they are emotionally involved or affected. When you use another persons or cultures story the individual can identify from a distance, something they are going through, from deep within. And therefore they gain overview over their own lives and situations. The stories are like the eagle, they soar from above and see they whole picture. The Eagle represents spiritual protection, carries prayers, and brings strength, courage, wisdom, illumination of spirit, healing, creation, and a knowledge of magic. The eagle has an ability to see hidden spiritual truths, rising above the material to see the spiritual. The eagle has an ability to see the overall pattern, and the connection to spirit guides and teachers. The eagle represents great power and balance, dignity with grace, a connection with higher truths, intuition and a creative spirit grace achieved through knowledge and hard work.
