Nvidia Unveils 10 New RTX Studio Laptops for professionals Ten laptops from the likes of Dell, HP, and Lenovo have joined Nvidia's RTX Studio program, which designates them as being created specifically for content creators. Those versions join the 17 RTX Studio laptops revealed in Computex 2019, in which Nvidia initially launched its Studio platform/branding campaign.

The laptops linking Nvidia RTX Studio include the Lenovo Legion Y740 (15 and 17-inch), ThinkPad P53 and P73, the Dell Precision P7540 and P7740, the HP ZBook 15 and 17, and 15- and 17-inch variations of the goBOXX SLM mobile workstation from Austin, Texas-based BOXX. Since you'll notice, a number of these laptops are already available, and a few are the same laptop with different display sizes. However, Nvidia has retroactively accepted them to the Studio program, which makes them a decal and custom Nvidia APIs and motorists that maximize performance when rendering, video editing and processing animations. Speaking of that, Nvidia also declared a new Studio driver that provides 30-bit color support for OpenGL programs like Adobe Photoshop and Premiere. Before, you had to purchase a workstationlevel Quadro RTX GPU to work with HDR images. 30-bit support should remove artifacts found in 24bit photographs (see above) and allow for more accurate, darker colors. Nvidia also listed new innovative programs that encourage RTX, including Adobe Substance Painter, Autodesk Flame, Blender Cycles, and Dimension 5 D5 Fusion.
