3. Workshops and Case-study: Total of 02 workshops and 01 case studies to evaluate the effectiveness of training on ISO 15189 internal audit for the participant attended the training. 4. ISO 15189 Audit Checklist: More than 400 questions are covered to verify the implemented of medical laboratories for the quality and competence as per ISO 15189:2012 requirements. 5. ISO 15189 Audit Forms: Total of four sample auditing formats are given to perform an ISO 15189 internal audit in an organization. 6. ISO 15189 Internal Auditor Training Certificate: It includes a sample copy of the ISO 15189:2012 internal auditor training certificate to provide to the participants after successfully completion of training.
