Art for Parents | Thursdays 9.30 - 11.30 Bringing together parents and carers of primary age children who are experiencing challenges in their lives and would like to be more creative - time to relax, have a laugh and try something new.
Parkinson’s Dance | Thursdays 2.30 - 4.00 Supporting people and their carers living with the challenges caused by Parkinson’s. Designed to help you to manage your balance, movement, voice and independence. Movement session followed by tea and chat.
