TRANSPORTATION TEAM FUELS PUBLICITY FOR RIDECHOICE
Our dedicated Transportation Department has been driving positive outreach and support for a great, new transportation service available to Glendale residents who have disabilities
Several media outlets, including “The Glendale Star,” AZFamily 3TV/CBS 5 and KTAR News 92 3 FM, interviewed Transit Administrator Nathan Whyte for stories on the RideChoice Pilot Program that Valley Metro is operating. The City Council approved the one-year pilot program, which started July 1 and runs through June 30, 2025 It provides customers easier access to a larger network of rideshare transportation providers, including taxicabs, Uber and other wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
