GAIN TRAINING, SUPPORT BEFORE UKG TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM LAUNCH The city’s switch to the new timekeeping system, UKG, is here!
These are some of the ways you can learn more: Department Champions: Department representatives are undergoing extensive training and will help you learn the new system. They will share additional training opportunities for your teams. (See the link in the box below to the right to find your Champion). One-on-One Guidance: "Open Labs" will be available Aug. 29 through Sept. 27 for personalized support in a comfortable setting. Instructional videos, guides and online learning offerings will provide practical, step-by-step video tutorials and quick guides. Check your email inbox for more details soon. Call Center: A dedicated call center will be available for you from Aug. 29 to Sept. 27 to ask questions on updating your timecard in UKG. Note: For the pay period August 24-September 6, the city is requiring all employees to compete their timesheets in BOTH ExecuTime and UKG.
UKG MOVE MORE DEPARTMENT CHAMPIONS FIELD OPERATIONS STAR IN VIDEO Our Field Operations Department stole the spotlight in a fun video (featured to the left) that our Multimedia Specialist Luis Jacinto filmed to celebrate the team winning the Move More Department Challenge. In the video, Field Operations employees pretend to “steal” the trophy from previous challenge winner - the Transportation Department. Our Field Operations group walked 11 million steps over the competition period. Congratulations, Field Operations!
