Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (or adjust to taste)

½ cup ranch dressing

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, hot sauce, and dressing until smooth.

3. Stir in the shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.

4. Spread mixture into a small baking dish or pie plate.

5. Optional: cover with blue cheese.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with: Tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or crackers.

Bonus: Spoon onto a bun for an easy and delicious Buffalo chicken sandwich.

Make-ahead tip: Assemble the dip a day in advance and refrigerate. Just bake when ready to serve.
