“And for that reason it was a favourite moment of mine, when looking at the video, it brings a smile to my face every time. So for me, a video was an absolute must.

“The other thing, of course, is your Celebrant, whether you want all the bells and whistles or just a quick elopement, just for the two of you.

New owners have transformed the Beerwah Hideaway Beerwah Hideaway is a beautifully appointed modern venue set in a stunning tropical garden backdrop of 2.5 acres.

For many years the Hideaway has been a popular location for weddings for both locals and those from outside the area that were fortunate to stumble accross the unique boutique garden venue.

Mid way during 2016 new owners Amanda and Glen discovered the property was on the market, and straight away they could see the potential to take the venue to the next level.

Over the past six months or so they have completely renovated the function room, transforming it into a large air conditioned, lightfilled room, with floor to ceiling glass frontage overlooking tranquil gardens and a beautiful rainforest creek.

Nestled amidst the spectacular Glass House Mountains, the Beerwah Hideaway also offers luxury Bed and Breakfast accommodation, an onsite commercial kitchen and a licensed bar.

Wedding packages are all inclusive from ceremony to reception and can also include accommodation for up to eight guests.

These days the venue can easily cater for 100 sit down or 150 stand up reception guests.

Several ceremony sites are available including an outdoor chapel, rustic shed backdrop or garden and tropical rainforest settings.

The Hideaway can provide an extensive range of furniture, decorations and state of the art entertainment features such as an in-built sound system and projector screen.

A range of menu options are available, from a more social canapĂŠ stand up meal, to a buffet or alternate drop sit down meal.
