MOCON is introducing the first fullyautomated testing system for measuring bacterial aerobic plate count (APC). The GreenLight™ 930 targets meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, produce, etc. Depending on the bacterial load, results can be obtained between minutes and eight hours. The sys­ tem provides an APC or total viable count (TVC) of a food sample’s microbial load by using a sensing assay or vial. The new model automates the process via a 48-pos­ ition carousel which is inserted into the unit. Food samples are loaded into the bar coded APCheck® vials, which have sensor material built-in. The vials can be batch loaded into the carousel, or individually loaded at any time during the unit’s con­ tinuous mode. GREASE CLEAR PENETRATING GREASE

Clear Penetrating Grease is a high tack, clear grease that contains PTFE to enhance lubrication performance and reduce friction. It is NSF® registered H1 for use in food processing plants. Each model of Jenny fire sprinkler air compressors consists of a compressor and regenerative dryer for use in dry-pipe sprinkler systems typically found in cold storage areas, such as freezers, refrigerated rooms and other areas subject to freezing temperatures. Each compressor is capable of delivering moisture-free air. To dry the compressed air, each unit includes a twin-tower regenerative desiccant dryer with an easily accessible electrical control panel. A separator/filter, two pre-filters and an after-filter are used to help prevent desiccant contamination and subsequent problems. The Microtherm® heat stress monitor displays in real-time the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature index.
