This booklet presents the items included in our Express, Awards and Prestige inclusions, one of which you will have nominated in your Sales Proposal. Options are pictured for your reference and include additional options, should you wish to consider upgrading. If you have any questions regarding what is included in your Sales Proposal, please contact your Sales Consultant.
At your consultation, all interior and exterior colours, including the bricks, roofing, window frames, entry & garage doors, tiles, paint, door hardware, vanities, kitchen and appliances will be selected.
It is important that you put some serious thought and research into the options available before your consultation. Three hours of the consultant’s time is provided to complete your selection.

All opening windows and sliding doors come with keyed locks and aluminium fly screens in Awards homes. Pet mesh or security screens are also available on most window and door configurations as an upgrade.
Window frames are available in all the colours shown here.
