THROUGH SKILLS TRAINING OFFERED BY GOODWILL, A LEADING WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROVIDER, YOU CAN: • Learn in-demand skills to get the job you want.

• Earn the skills and certifications that employers near you are seeking.

Goodwill’s Opportunity Accelerator for Youth and Young Adults (ages 16-24) can help you gain access to in-demand jobs in fields such as Internet Technology, health care, logistics, construction and hospitality.

ALL PARTICIPANTS: • Complete intake and pre-enrollment assessments at a nearby Goodwill Career Solutions Center • Develop an individual career and financial plan with a Career Coach.

• Follow their personalized learning plan to obtain an industry recognized credential through digital skills literacy and occupation-specific skills.

• Acquire employability skills (developing a resume, practicing mock interviews and more) and receive job placement assistance upon completion.

Time commitments vary based on training programs and job sector selected, but most can be completed in under six months. Many will be able to acquire job-ready skills and certifications with no prior experience or degree. Many programs can be completed online, while others require in-person training or a blend of both.

PARTICIPATION IS FREE. SOME TRAINING PROGRAMS PROVIDE A STIPEND.
