Experience teaches, technique builds Laser Cutting
LT5 is a machine from the lasertube family designed for medium-small diameters and thicknesses, which makes simplicity of use its strength. Ideal in all situations where a frequent change of production is not necessary.
Pipe Bending
Pipe bending takes place via numerical control, both with a fixed radius and with a variable radius in the desired materials and profiles. Thanks to the use of cutting-edge electrical machinery, with high precision, we guarantee uniformity of the result and compliance with the dimensional tolerances commissioned.
Micro-grinding
The high-pressure micro-grinding system and the use of ceramic micro spheres with exceptional abrasive properties allow the surfaces to be homogenised in stainless steel and aluminium, for a brilliant finish.
Welding
Performed with MIG/MAG robotic island equipment and TIG/MAG manual equipment. Within the company, the carpentry department constructs the various welding masks.

INNOVATION. TECHNIQUE. SIMPLICITY
Since the presentation of AGILIS, Officine Parolin's technicians have continued to develop its evolution. After numerous prototypes, the study of market needs, the application of numerous evolutions and three years of testing, Agilis Power was conceived. A lifting workbench that incorporates all the power elements of AGILIS, but with numerous technical and functional implementations to facilitate maintenance, especially of e-bikes, in the most specialised Service Centres. With Agilis Power, fatigue is reduced to zero! Thanks to the automatically operated platform, the tilting element and the electric motor, it is now possible to lift the bike with the worktop up to a height of 80cm without any effort and without ever having to personally support the weight of the bike.

The AGILIS POWER bench has been approved according to the CE certification regulations for safety at work, using all our experience and knowledge in the processing of materials, paying attention to quality and versatility.

MECHANICAL PISTON
The electric motor, operated by the practical remote control, is used to lift the worktop completely in just 8 seconds and to adjust the height to make quick adjustments, being able to work on each component, allowing all types of maintenance with absolute ergonomic optimisation.
ELECTRIC AND INDEPENDENT
Agilis Power is powered by a cable that can be connected to a common 220V socket. Agilis Power can be purchased in the full version with an integrated autonomous battery, which is used to work without any electrical connection, for a range of over 100 lifts.

On our bench you can perform the maintenance of any bicycle, thanks to the exclusive fixing system and adapters available for all the main forks on the market.
SUPPORTS AND HOOKS
Agilis Power has 4 different anchoring systems: at the hub, at the front axle, at the central movement and at the rear axle. The couplings are easy and intuitive to use for maximum maintenance versatility on all bicycles.

Instead, the Memory foam part creates soft and comfortable insulation. The mat can also be placed directly on the bottom of the boot or on top of the folded seats, to protect the interior of the car when transporting a single bike. WORKBENCHES THIS SERIES OF BENCHES IS OFFERED IN VERSIONS WITH AN IRON WORKTOP AND A WOODEN TOP. The structures of the two versions are almost the same: thick legs bent into an "L" shape and wedge-shaped, lower tool holder surface in bent steel sheet, all completely demountable. In the "IRON" version, the worktops are made of steel sheet with central reinforcement.
