Our Volunteers Leadership Summit 2022

Council volunteers and staff joined together to participate in a variety of custom-designed workshops to further develop leadership skills during our first summit held virtually in July 2022. Participants built their schedules around their personal needs and interests. We had something for everyone—whether they were looking for conflict management, best practices from peers in the same volunteer role, a deeper understanding of our highest awards, or how to nurture a girl-led environment. With this forward momentum, our 2023 Leadership Summit will be held in person at Camp Amahami and offer an option for volunteers with girl members at home to bring them along to enjoy a day at camp and while also engaging in leadership activities.
