Pay by the Month (PBTM) Continues to Grow!

The number of Members choosing the flexibility and convenience of PBTM continues to grow, proving this method of payment has been a welcome addition to making Membership more affordable and accessible.

Here’s some exciting stats:

• In July alone , we processed 564 monthly payments , with a 96% success rate .

• Since the start of the year, 391 new Members joined using PBTM, and 296 renewing Members made the switch to monthly payments.

We’ve worked through the early teething problems and now have solid systems in place to handle common issues like failed payments due to expired or cancelled cards.
