NOTICE is hereby given of a Resumed General Meeting of the Girl Guides Association (New South Wales) requested by the Members and paused on 23 May 2024 which is to be held on Monday 16 December 2024 commencing at 6 pm virtual and online via Teams. As agreement has not yet been reached, the purpose of this Resumed General Meeting (GM) is to provide responses to the remaining Questions that were not answered prior to the Member requested General Meeting being suspended on 23 May, 2024.

Business of the Resumed GM

1. Welcome and Declaration of Quorum

2. Acknowledgement of Country

3. Apologies

4. To provide responses to the remaining questions that were not answered prior to the Member requested General Meeting being suspended on 23 May, 2024.

5. Close of GM.

Quorum

In accordance with clause 6.9.1 of the Constitution at least 20 Adult Members must be present (in person, by electronic means or by proxy) for the whole meeting.
