Vanessa Gully Santiago lives and works in New York. Her drawings and paintings depict deeply psychological and intimate scenes that convey conflicting expressions of desire and detachment, vulnerability, and imbalances of power. Her work has been included in exhibitions at JTT Gallery, American Medium and Foxy Production, among many others. She received her BFA from The Cooper Union School of Art in 2006 and her MFA from Mason Gross School of Art in 2013.
