The Upcycle Showdown is designed to promote responsible food stewardship and culinary innovation. Develop a recipe according to the following requirements, and submit your results for a chance to win prizes *and* be crowned an official Food Waste Warrior! Submissions must repurpose commonly discarded ingredients, reduce waste, and demonstrate operational feasibility within existing menu frameworks, as well as incorporate at least one Nestlé Professional Solutions product from the list below.

GUEST OR TEAM FEEDBACK RESULTS (REQUIRED)
Examples can include: portions served/sold, price-point, and evidence that guests liked it, such as results from taste-testing of samples or back-of-the-house tasting and review.
PHOTOGRAPHS (REQUIRED)
Submit clear, well-lit photographs of the dish in a service pan and plated.
VIDEO (OPTIONAL)
Optional video submission describing the dish, inspiration, and/or preparation. A separate prize will be awarded for video submissions. Chefs can win both the main prizes AND the video prize.
