Lifecycle maintenance and repair dedication to quality

Preventive system maintenance programs are proving to be a positive impact to operations across market segments in both energy and industrial. Significant long-term cost savings are realized with these programs due to asset life extension and performance, providing uninterrupted operation and increased productivity.

Gilmore certified factory trained technicians repair and maintain flow control products for a variety of applications using Gilmore procedures and parts, ensuring components are rebuilt to factory standards and to the latest designs. A managed stocked inventory for on-demand components enables the flexibility to be more responsive to our customers needs.

Working with engineering subject matter experts, valves are then catalogued and inspected with failure mode analysis and data management of control system performance.

Certified valve repair

Gilmore offers a maintenance and recertification program on their control valves including a new certified 12-month warranty for qualifying assets. All customer property is treated with care and protection and stored in a secure area that is climate controlled.

When certified repair isn’t required, Gilmore’s experienced technical authorities will collaborate with your team to define specifications for functional product repair.

Engineering, research and development services leading innovation

The Gilmore Engineering department is staffed with a talented pool of professionals leveraging experience from multiple facets of the oil & gas industry. The department utilizes applications engineering in critical service, high flow, high shock and safety systems for new product development and existing product improvement to meet customer specifications. The result is a very resilient reliable and high performing product.

The Gilmore Research and Development Lab team specializes in cycle testing, endurance testing and hyperbaric testing. It is HSE compliant and fully equipped to complete the rigorous validation testing required to prove our product’s performance in ever changing and demanding industries.

Field service support delivering solutions

Gilmore offers offsite and offshore technical support with inspection, consultation and turnkey maintenance on Gilmore field installations, including product modifications and conversions. Trained Gilmore technicians with offshore service certifications can perform product analysis to troubleshoot and perform field repair of Gilmore valves and systems, with original manufacturer components, factory acceptance testing and full recertification.

Unconventional customers can now realize this same level of field service support with expanded operations located in Midland, Texas.

Rental Management

Gilmore’s rental fleet is comprised of Agiliti Check Valves (3” poppet style) and Agiliti SAFEGUARDPROs (EPRV/ Bleed Systems). These class leading products are marketed at flat monthly rental rates including standard maintenance, repairs and elite customer service, distinguishing us from the competition.
