The European Economic Chamber – Global Commerce & Industry, with the abbreviation EEIGCham through the Central office, provides this application for Membership under the guidelines of the EEIGCham Internal regulation Manual.

Task:     



    

Support the Board of Directors in Brussels, and others departments of the Central Office, developing programs and services for the delegations.

Support the Delegation on the host country, in its expansion and promotion.

Support the EEIGCham Presidency and contribute to the development in her home country.

Inform the Central Office about all kinds of information that can be of interest to the EEIGCham and its members.

Support the EEIGCham with fund raising by Sponsoring & Donations and on the sales of; advertising, Pack Tickets and Orion Subscription.

(Detailed information is available in the manual Sponsorship Opportunities Guide) Indicate potential members to delegations on the geographical area of operation. When there is no delegation on a Country, can proposed to the Central Office a person to chair and open the delegation according to the procedures imposed by the Central Office.

Proposed to the Central Office other members worldwide, to hold a position on the EEIGCham Diplomatic Corp, according to the availability.

Commit and support the EEIGCham in the international expansion and its success worldwide.

When requested, perform the functions of lobbying with professionalism and discretion.

Work with a team work spirit with the other elements of the EEIGCham Diplomatic Corp and Central Office.

Promote the Business climate taking into attention the mission and vision of the European Economic Chamber EEIGCham

Application Endorsement: Members of the Board of Directors, President of an EEIGCham delegation, EEIGCham Commissioner and EEIGCham Ambassador can propose an individual to be part of Commissioner of the EEIGCham. The application must be made by the Form 013 for Individual Commissioners or by Form 014 for Corporate Commissioners, with the EEIGCham CV Form fill by the candidate.

Application Requirements: Commissioners are the administrative framework from the Non Executive Board holding the position in their country and appointed by the Board of Directors with recognition of his professional career  Be member of the EEIGCham with subscription of the ORION Platform,  Have experience and skills on Law or Economic,  Present the Form 013 - Functionary’s Details – Individual Commissioner Application to the EEIGCham Central Office, including the EEIGCham CV Form.

The application for commissioners must have approval of the President of the delegation how send application to the Chairman of the Board of Directors approval and issue the Certificates of Appointment.

Notes: Each Commissioner MUST fill the Sector of operation and sign the Declaration of Acceptance.

Lobbying Registration The applicant is required to complete Form 013 with the EEIGCham CV Form and may include the Form 900 – Lobbyist Certification Statement since meets all necessary requirements for registration as a lobbyist, and the company fill the Form 901 - Lobbying Firm Registration Statement.

Arbitration Court of International Justice (ACIJ) Corporate Commissioners can request to the Central Office the accreditation of the ACIJ, with Special Consultancy Status in both the Sovereign Court of International Justice (SCIJ) and Arbitration Court of International Justice (ACIJ).

The EEIGCham facilitates access to justice worldwide.

Access to International Organizations Same International Organizations as United Nations, European Parliament, European Commission and others have strict procedures for access, by which the Commissioners shall request information to the Central Office.
