Installer Board Application The European Economic Chamber – Global Commerce & Industry, with the abbreviation EEIGCham through the Central office, provides this application for Membership under the guidelines of the EEIGCham Internal regulation Manual.

Application Endorsement: Members of the Board of Directors, President of an EEIGCham delegation, EEIGCham Commissioner and EEIGCham Ambassador can propose an individual to constitute the Installer Board and open the delegation on the Country.

The applicant for the new delegation can present others endorsements for the application. The Board of Directors can give priority to the applications that have highest number endorsements.

The Installer Board is a group of unlimited number of individuals or corporate managers spotless, politically and economically well connected, and active in business life.

In order to create an EEIGCham Office in the country, The Installer Board in the name of the President, presents the application to the Board of Directors in Brussels, as required procedures.

Each member of the Installer Board MUST fill his EEIGCham CV Form and save on the Delegation Google Drive, and introduce the link on the Form 011 – Functionary’s Details.

The Installer Board, to better respond to the needs of members, may change the structure of the Management Board, Consultative and Executive Committee and establish a new structure of local and regional support.

The Installer Board has to:  be composed of 9 person or more;  Nominate a Bookkeeper, for the legal and administrative procedures for a good performance of the Delegation.  Transmit to the Central office all the relevant and required information.  In the Installer Board Assembly, the President, representing the European Economic Chamber of Brussels, and has not the right to vote.

As a representative of the European Economic Chamber in Brussels, the President of the delegation intervenes in these cases:  Express opinions  Warns about all regulations of the EEIGCham that guide and regulates the Delegations.

Delegation Google Drive: For a good and easy operation of documentaries procedures the Central Office require the creation of an account on Google Drive for exclusive use of the EEIGCham. The documents must be saved on the Google drive, with access to the Central Office and the link of the document introduced in the EEIGCham Form as indicated.

Installer Board proposed Right from the beginning, the composition should designate the individual positions of each member, comprising:  President  Executive Director  General Secretary  Assembly Board Secretary  Treasurer  Communication & Event Vice-President  Economic Development Vice-President  Financial & Administrative Vice-President  Regional Vice-President The composition of the Installer Board can be different as proposed by the Central Office.

The designate President after received the “Letter of Agreement” can introduce more members on the Installer Board in order the delegation become stronger and easier to manage.

Note: Application of candidates invited by a member of the Board of Directors or Governors, are exempt to present the objectives proposal for 5 years. For the Application the Form 011 – Functionary’s Details MUST be always be joint to the Form 021 – Declaration of Acceptance.
