HALF BIKE

The objective of this project is to design a Half Bike, where the bike is created without a rider's seat. The Half Bike can accelerate through the rider's acceleration movement while pedaling. The goal of this bike is for urban use, aiming to reduce air pollution.

Several stages undertaken in this project are Determining the concept and mechanism to be used.

Designing the half bike using 3D design software.

Performing load analysis on the basic frame.

Generating working drawings for manufacturing.

Earthquake Simulation Table

This shaking table utilizes the specific gravity in a fluid medium and exploits the differences in the settling velocities of various minerals. This shaking table is designed to analyze the comparison between tailings and concentrates.

Formula Student Car

The Formula Student car will compete annually in the KMLI event. The initial stage involves a design proposal phase used to select cars from each campus in Indonesia.

The most crucial testing is conducted on the car chassis. Currently, we are utilizing a chassis made from ASTM A53 material, and it will undergo Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess its stress, displacement, and safety factor.

Formula Student Project The design and manufacturing of a racing seat for Formula Student prioritize driver ergonomics as the foremost consideration.

A well-designed racing seat ensures proper support for the driver during high-speed maneuvers.

The motor holder will experience significant torque from the electric BLDC motor; therefore, it is crucial to choose the right material. We are using ST 41 material and employing CNC manufacturing for optimal results.

Formula Student Project

The nose cone on a Formula Student car is crucial for vehicle aerodynamics, serving both functional and aesthetic purposes. Prior to molding the nose cone, testing is conducted using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

This testing specifically focuses on the drag generated by the surface of the nose cone at various speeds.

Electric Fat Bike

An electric fat bike is competing in a mechanical festival organized by Universitas Sebelas Maret. This bike serves as a solution for urban dwellers looking to avoid traffic congestion but facing distance-related challenges.

The bike is equipped with a BLDC (Brushless DC) motor, a controller, and a battery mounted on the frame, providing users with convenience in terms of maintenance.
