Heat dissipation fin structure
GigaTera’s high bay and roadway lighting systems feature vertical heat sink structure with air flow holes and discrete LED modules assembled outside fixture. This prefect design ensures highly effective heat dissipation without accumulation of dust, while minimizing glare or light spill through our unique indirect reflector optics.

High Mast LED Lighting with GeSS® Cloud Control System
at
DP World Yarimca, Türkiye
As part of the high mast lighting retrofit project in DP World Yarimca Port/ Türkiye, we have successfully installed highly efficient LED floodlights from 2021 to 2024. The installation was carried out across total 59 high masts replacing the existing 315W HID lights with an optimized design using GigaTera’s MAHA 250/400/600 series and SUFA 200 series products, in total 406pcs of LED floodlights.
In the high mast areas, GigaTera’s GeSS® cloud control system has been integrated, achieving minimum 60% savings in energy and CO2. All the high mast lightings are automatically operational based on schedules and dimming options for additional 20% energy saving, whilst significantly enhancing the overall working environment and operational efficiency in the port terminal.
This project is recognized as a flagship success, showcasing GigaTera’s expertise and leadership in delivering cloud-base LED lighting management systems for a sustainable port.
Large Scale Crane LED Lighting installed at DP World Dubai Port, UAE
As one of the large scale crane lighting projects, around 2500pcs of 1kW HID for RMG and STS cranes at DP World Dubai Port have been replaced with GigaTera’s SUFA 200/400 and MAHA 250/400 series from 2015 to 2018 by achieving 75% savings in CO2 and energy.
Our lighting systems have been operating for over 10 years, even in extremely harsh environments.

Successful LED Lighting Upgrade
at Incheon Container Terminal
To enhance visibility and work efficiency in the crane operation area of Incheon Container Terminal (ICT), we carried out an LED lighting replacement project.
The average illuminance of the existing lighting was below 200 lux, raising concerns about insufficient visibility for operators. To address this, we replaced the existing lights with GigaTera’s high-performance LED lighting on a one-to-one basis, achieving outstanding results with an average illuminance significantly exceeding 200 lux after installation.
The SUFA and MAHA product lines were installed on QC cranes in areas such as cabins, trolleys, girders, and portal structures. For TC cranes, the replacements covered the cabins, trolleys, and girders.
In areas with high mast lighting, the average illuminance was initially below 30 lux. After replacing four poles with our high-performance LEDs, the average illuminance improved to 64 lux, more than doubling the performance. This resulted in a remarkable enhancement in safety and working conditions.
