HOW TO USE: 1

Place a smoking pellet in the smoker stand and light for 30 seconds or until pellet is burning steadily.

Blow out the smoking pellet and place carafe on top of the smoker stand. Let carafe fill with smoke for about a minute. Use the stopper to trap smoke in the carafe.

Prepare your desired cocktail. Remove the stopper and pour your completed cocktail into the carafe.

Place stopper back onto the carafe.

Gently swirl for 30–60 seconds. The longer you infuse, the stronger the smoky flavor.

Remove carafe stopper and pour your cocktail into your favorite glass and enjoy!

This allows you to easily remove the oak stick instead of leaving it sitting at the bottom of a bottle. Create a smoother taste by filtering out harsh notes and flavors over just a few weeks.

Attach one included charred oak stick to the pour spout.
