We’d be honored to hear your ideas and welcome you as a guest speaker!

� About Our Meetings

• Format: Hybrid (In-person & Zoom)

• Who Attends: Rotarians, guests, and community members

• Location: Donut Villa, 319 Broadway, Arlington, MA

• Breakfast: Buffet-style breakfast served for in-person attendees

Meeting Schedule

• 7:30 am – Fellowship & Buffet Breakfast

• 8:00 am – Welcome & Guest Introductions

• 8:10 – 8:30 am – Speaker Presentation

• 8:30 – 8:40 am – Closing Remarks & Good News Dollars

� Speaker Guidelines

• Complete the Speaker Form

• Provide your topic, short bio, and a brief outline of your presentation

• Standard time is 20 minutes (longer by arrangement)

• Bring your presentation (PowerPoint or similar) on a flash drive

• We’ll confirm a date that works for you and the club

� As a service organization, we reserve the right to select speakers.
