PROPOSED MARKETING STRATEGY Initial Preparation of the Property • A professional photographer will take photos of your property, including interior, exterior and drone footage.

• A professional property video and/or Matterport Virtual Tour will be created for your property. Virtual tours, drone video, and multiple photos will be a staple in marketing your home.
