About Kirsten O’Donnell Kirsten’s professional, approachable, and enthusiastic nature is perfect for achieving each client’s desires as well as skillfully marketing a home’s unique presence and character. Raised in the town of Mansfield, MA, Kirsten was educated at Bridgewater State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Business minor. She also has her MA in communications from Northeastern University. Kirsten worked in corporate communications at The Boston Consulting Group for 10 years. Today, she draws from 15 years of real estate experience and has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly client care. South Shore The South Shore communities have seen a marked increase in Average Sale Price in recent months. As with the other suburban markets, there are far more single family homes than condominiums in these communities. And the homes here have many of the qualities that buyers are seeking, like home offices and outdoor space.
