How it Works

If a property must be sold as part of the divorce settlement, there will be no fees for my up-front services and consultations if I become the listing agent. My commission will be paid when the transaction closes. I also offer a referral fee to the attorney handling the divorce,at closing.

If the property is not being sold but my services are needed for valuation, repairs, moving assistance, appraisal of furnishing, etc. My hourly fee is $175, minimum two hours. Later, if the property is sold and I am the listing agent,I will credit these fees to the seller and provide the attorney a referral fee

Up Front Services

- Evaluation of the property?s market price with documentation of comparable sales

- Helping the couple navigate issues like temporary storage, selling/auctioning furnishings, artwork,etc

- Providing resource lists of movers, storage, landscaping, appraisals for art/antiques/ jewelry, handymen,landscaping,etc

Services when the Property is Being Sold

- In-depth staging consultation

- Assistance with temporary storage,packing,and moving

- Creating marketing materials and scheduling professional photography,signage

- Creating compelling MLS text that will be seen by a global audience of buyers

- Performing open houses,private showings,etc

- Gathering and evaluating offers for the sellers,negotiating the transaction

- If the property is vacant, I can perform weekly in-person checks to verify the property is in good condition or to find repair services for storm damage or other problems
