Wife to Kevin and Mom to Sam, Audrey and Ruthie (aka Dinky) Annie lives with her family and pooch, Monty in Dover.

Annie's Feature in Boston Agent Magazine Annie began selling real estate in 2011, a soft market still climbing out of the upheaval of 2008. It was not easy. No one called back for a year. Her entrepreneurial spirit combined with wisdom and encouragement from her dad, a retired veteran broker/ owner kept her focused. ?One day I wasn?t a Realtor, and the next day I was. There was no toe-dipping.? Her leap of faith paid off, as she has been serving the MetroWest area ever since.

Following her success as one of Boston Magazine?s Top Producers in 2020 and 2021, Bauman started The Bauman Group in January 2022. As she puts it, ?As a business leader, I want to spend my time doing the things that add the most value for my clients, such as innovative marketing and creative negotiation.? And though she serves primarily the Dover and Sherborn areas, Bauman finds that expanding her footprint provides her with a multitude of benefits. About Peggy Gemelli Peggy Gemelli was born and raised in Norwood, MA and lived in Back Bay, Boston and Kailua, HI before moving to Dover, MA in 2015. In addition to her expertise as a real estate agent, Peggy?s unique career experience spans working as a licensed Physical Therapist (in Boston, Hawaii, and Perth Australia in an exciting role as Team PT for the Stars & Stripes syndicate competing in the America's Cup), as well as years of success in direct sales and corporate executive positions in the medical device industry. She is excited to return to her passion for real estate following 15 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading U.S. orthopedic device company.

Peggy brings her experience, tireless work ethic, and compassion for the needs of others to the Bauman Group. She works with patience and integrity on each client?s behalf, to assure their unique home purchase or sales goals are achieved, with a genuine understanding that this is one of life?s most impactful decisions. Peggy resides in Dover with her husband, two children and their goldendoodle Lili. She has been active in the Dover Community since arriving in 2015, including many volunteer roles with the Chickering Elementary and Dover-Sherborn Middle School PTOs. About Jane Johnstone The skills and knowledge that Jane Johnstone developed in her ten years as a real estate lawyer benefit her clients in every transaction. A talent for savvy negotiating combined with a mastery of real estate law make Jane an outstanding advocate for her clients. Her eye for design and passion for architecture, developed during the years she spent in New York City in those fields, make her a superb stager for sellers and discerning buyer's advisor. She cherishes her role as trusted advisor to and dauntless guide for her clients as they navigate one of life's biggest decisions, and believes that she gains as much from her relationships with her clients as they do.

Jane has always been an active and enthusiastic member of her community and is currently on the boards of the Dover Historical Society, the Charles River Valley Garden Club and the parent association of Noble and Greenough school.
