Education Literary Gibbes: A Virtual Book Club Discussion FRIDAY, JULY 10 | 1PM Join us for a book-club style discussion of Hold Still, by Sally Mann in collaboration with Charleston County Public Library inspired by the photograph Deep South, Untitled (Tree with Two Streaks), 1998, by Sally Mann in the Permanent Collection and currently on display in the Modern and Contemporary Gallery.

The Gibbes is now hosting gallery hours, during which our team of knowledgeable Docents will be stationed throughout the Museum to answer questions and offer insight. Wednesday: 3–5PM | Thursday: 1–3PM | Friday: 10AM–12PM and 1–3PM

Virtual Art of Jazz We are delighted to share our From the Archives: Art of Jazz Series Edition with you! The Art of Jazz is an annual performance series presented in collaboration with the Gibbes Museum and Charleston Jazz. Under normal circumstances, we would all be enjoying this series this summer live and in person, but have postponed perfomances this year due to COVID-19. Each month, we will release a full Art of Jazz performance from a past year on Facebook and YouTube.
