When asked how he felt during the Joplin game Weston said “ I felt very calm and composed during the game and felt we played as a team pretty well.” Reflecting on Westons senior year a favorite memory is “ going down St. Louisand Kansas City and staying the night in the hotel.” A current goal for Weston is to win districts again, and see how far we can make it post season.” 8) Logan Green (11) drives past an opponent to open up the field for his teamates.

5) Kruse Mitchell (11) surveys the field during a rainy match. Before a game, Mitchell said he gets himself into a headspace to play with music. “Usually, I’ve already watched film on the team, so I already know some of their strengths. I like to zone in and work on getting to that point of beating them.” Kruse when asked about his favorite memory states “Beating SLU on a game-winning penalty”. Kruse feels the energy on the team is electric and inspiring.
