DREAM BIG

THE ALL-NEW FAITH RANGE

The all-new Faith is the first of its kind from Giant — a highperformance, full-suspension trail bike that’s right on par with any adult mountain bike yet designed and built specifically for kids. From the lightweight aluminum frame and youth-specific trail geometry to all-new suspension, optimized WheelSystems, and ergonomic touchpoints for smaller bodies, every detail has been carefully considered for developing young riders.

Kids face unique challenges on the trail. The Faith targets these challenges with variable wheel sizes and suspension systems tuned specifically for smaller bodies. A proven FlexPoint rear suspension system with a Crest FloTrac Lite shock delivers a smooth, active feel on the trail. Up front, Crest Lite suspension forks with FloTune Lite dampers help kids tackle technical terrain with more confidence and control.

MOUNTAIN | PERFORMANCE | YOUTH 2

The new range includes two models. The Faith features a Giant TRA WheelSystem with a 27.5-inch front wheel and 26-inch rear. The wheels bring all the features from race-proven, larger-diameter Giant TRA WheelSystems including WideGuard technology to improve rim strength and reduce the risk of flats. The smaller Faith 24 is equipped with a 24-inch Giant TRA WheelSystem (front and rear) for lighter weight and easier handling.

All Faith models have youth-specific cranks and brake levers, along with a new Giant Contact Switch AT Lite dropper seatpost that helps younger riders find their optimal climbing and descending positions with an easy-to-use, handlebar-mounted lever.

Whether it’s after-school rides, weekend races, or trail outings with the family, the new Faith range is for fun-seeking kids who dream big when it comes to their singletrack adventures.

FLEXPOINT SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY

Using a patented design, FlexPoint delivers smooth, unimpeded rear suspension that absorbs trail bumps, from small vibrations to bigger hits, and gives you better control and traction without sacrificing efficiency. A linkage-driven, singlepivot design makes it lightweight, durable and easy to maintain.

KEY BENEFITS

SMOOTH CONTROL

This linkage-driven, single-pivot system creates consistent damping and spring performance throughout its travel, isolating the rear shock to provide small bump sensitivity through the entire wheel path. The result is a smooth, active feel through the entire shock stroke with no harsh bottom outs.

LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN

FlexPoint saves significant weight over traditional dual-rocker designs by eliminating the lower rocker arm and using the controlled flexing action of the chainstay/seatstay junction to provide fully active rear suspension. Unique to the patent, is the principle that the suspension both begins and ends with zero flex in the system—providing the lightest initiation and end-point of any linkage-driven, single-pivot suspension system on the market.

EASY MAINTENANCE

FlexPoint offers similar performance as multi-link suspension systems but without the added complexity, weight and frequent maintenance associated with traditional designs.

4 MOUNTAIN | PERFORMANCE | YOUTH

HOW IT WORKS

1. OPTIMIZED PIVOT POINT

The minimal flexing articulation of the chainstay/seatstay junction provides highly active, efficient and lightweight performance. Patented, zero-flex design at both the beginning and end-stroke provide unimpeded initiation and smooth suspension progression—two critical traits for any suspension system.

2. PATENTED PERFORMANCE

A linkage-driven, single-pivot system delivers smooth action to improve the trail-riding experience for a wide range of riders.

3. ALUXX ALUMINUM SWINGARM

Proprietary rear swingarm combines lightweight efficiency with long-lasting durability that can withstand the rigors of trail riding.

TOTAL YOUTH OPTIMIZATION

CREST FLOTRAC LITE SHOCK

The Crest FloTrac Lite Shock is designed and built in-house to complement Giant’s suspension platform kinematics for lightweight riders. Custom tuning creates a responsive damping and spring that requires less force input. Paired with Triple Flow Path technology that actively stabilizes the motion of the shock, FloTrac Lite gives smaller riders increased traction and control without compromise.

CREST TR ELITE LITE & CREST SL FLOTUNE LITE FORK

Crest Lite forks deliver high-performance suspension action to lighter weight riders. Low-friction action, the latest Giant FloTune Lite damper, and setup adjustments offer responsive control on rugged terrain.

TRA WHEELSYSTEM

Proven under the most demanding conditions by Giant Factory Off-Road Team racers, the TRA WheelSystem is now available in 24”, 26” and 27.5” options for smaller riders. Alloy rims with hollow-construction 5mm rim walls bolster impact protection but keep weight low for better maneuverability and suspension performance. The wide rim walls also reduce pinch flats and allow lower tire pressure for more traction and control. A durable 72-tooth freehub helps maximize power transfer for more speed and more fun.

CONTACT SWITCH AT LITE DROPPER

The Contact Switch AT Lite is the perfect dropper solution for smaller riders weighing less than 62kg. It requires less weight to lower the saddle and makes lever engagement easier. Adjustable travel caters to a variety of rider heights and a rotating cable actuator makes installation on smaller frames a breeze.
