The SyncDrive Pro motor delivers 85Nm of torque for punchy acceleration on steep, technical trails and a smooth, natural feel for spinning up long climbs. The motor is powered by a long-lasting EnergyPak 800 battery system, purpose-built for E-bikes with an innovative cell technology that’s exclusive to Giant. The battery is housed in a durable aluminum casing and cleanly integrated into the down tube of the frame.

The frame is paired with a smooth, active suspension setup featuring 125mm of rear travel and a 140mm suspension fork to smooth out rocks, roots and ruts. Modern trail-riding geometry and 29-inch wheels give it a balanced and stable feel, helping riders tackle challenging trails with poised, predictable handling.

And for those in search of a fun option for bumpy backroad adventures, or even daily commuting on rough roads, gravel and dirt, Stance E+ comes with simple mounting options for fenders, racks, a kickstand and other accessories.

ENERGYPAK 800

Our newest high performance EnergyPak 800 is featured on the top end model. The Stance E+ 1 Pro is integrated with our latest 800Wh battery system that is purpose-built for the specific demands of performance E-bike use. At the core of this new technology is the groundbreaking new 22700 cell type, which vastly outperforms the 21700 and 18650 cells found in most E-bikes. The numbers refer to the physical size of the lithium-ion cells. With increased density, reduced weight, and a higher volume that helps it run cooler, the new 22700 cell is ideally suited to the demands of high-performance E-bikes. The system uses a total of 40 cells, the same as most E-bike batteries, but these larger cells have greater discharge capacity. They also run cooler, which means less stress on the system and a longer total lifecycle. Built with a sturdy aluminum casing, the EnergyPak Smart 800 is rated for safety and impact resistance according to the highest test standards in the industry. The new Stance E+ frame is a modular system that allows previous generation systems, including the EnergyPak 500 and EnergyPak 625, to be featured on other models in the range and upgraded to this new 800Wh system.

The new EnergyPak Smart 800 also marks the launch of Giant’s new CO2 neutral battery production. As part of its commitment to reducing the environmental impact of battery usage and production, Giant has taken a leadership position as the first manufacturer to use E-bike batteries from a CO2 neutral plant

SYNCDRIVE PRO

This new SyncDrive Pro motor is the most advanced and powerful motor in the Giant E-bike lineup. With a hill-crushing 85Nm of torque and a 400 percent support ratio, it delivers a dynamic ride experience on all types of terrain. Whether you’re spinning up long, sustained climbs or applying quick bursts of power at low speeds in technical terrain, you get instant engagement that feels smooth and natural.

The motor is optimized for the Stance E+ with Flex Point suspension. Its Smart Assist technology uses six sensors to determine the precise amount of power needed for your riding style and the terrain you are riding. It also has reduced noise levels and a narrow Q-factor for optimized pedaling performance.

SYNCDRIVE SPORT 2

The compact and quiet SyncDrive Sport 2 motor provides 75Nm of torque with 400% maximum support. This means it can multiply your pedaling effort four times. So you enjoy a powerful riding experience, even at low speeds, with the traction and control required for smoother hill starts, and excellent handling.

This compact motor, co-developed with Yamaha, provides power, comfort, and battery efficiency. ġt’s also blissfully silent. The Smart Assist mode uses six sensors to optimize your power support automatically. ġt provides seamless acceleration and a power boost exactly when you need it. With 75Nm of torque, you’ll feel naturally strong in any riding situation and at any speed—from long gravel climbs to endurance adventures.

SMART ASSIST

Smart Assist is an automatic adaptive support mode. This intelligent system uses six sensors and advanced algorithms to determine the optimum power support needed on variable terrain. Smart Assist also maximizes efficiency by no using unnecessary energy. And since it always delivers just the right amount of pedaling support, it also improves rider efficiency

FLEXPOINT SUSPENSION

Using the flexing elements of the rear chainstay and seatstay, FlexPoint Suspension eliminates complex pivots and linkages to provide an effective, lightweight and durable suspension system that’s easy to maintain. INTEGRATED CABLE ROUTING

Innovative touches abound on Stance E+, including integrated cable routing. The cables and wires are cleanly tucked away, running below the stem and through the head tube, which protects them from damage and offers a clean and tidy profile

STANCE E+

The SyncDrive Pro motor delivers 85Nm of torque for smooth acceleration and climbing power. FlexPoint rear suspension (125mm travel, plus 140mm up front) gobbles up rocks and other trail obstacles. The RideControl Dash control unit has integrated handlebar support buttons for improved ergonomic control.

TECHNOLOGY

This integrated group of technologies forms the operating system of every Giant E-bike. The user-friendly components—including the motor, control unit and battery pack—function as part of an overarching system that seamlessly combines electric power with human power to produce a smart, natural and powerful ride experience.

2 SYNCDRIVE MOTORS

The SynDrive Pro 2 motor is optimized for E-MTB peformance. This compact motor is now lighter 2.7kg (5.95lb) with increased torque output (up to 85Nm) and significantly reduced noise levels. The SyncDrive Sport 2 motor provides 75Nm of torque with 400% maximum support.

3 ALUXX SL ALUMINUM

This state-of-the-art aluminum material is made predominantly from 6011 alloy and delivers best-in-class strength-to-weight ratios. The frameset also features unique welding technologies for a high-performance ride quality.

4 FLEX POINT SUSPENSION

A proven single-pivot design that uses the flexing action of the chainstay / seatstay junction to produce a lightweight and durable suspension system with 120mm of rear travel.

5 ENERGYPAK BATTERY

MODELS

ENERGYPAK SMART 625 BATTERY: Coupled with the SyncDrive Sport 2 motor, this battery provides an average range of 31 - 62 miles and a maximum of 112 miles when you add the EnergyPak range extender.

ENERGYPAK SMART 500 BATTERY: Combined with the SyncDrive Sport 2 motor, this battery provides an average range of 25-50 miles and a maximum of 87 miles when you add the EnergyPak range extender.

Upgrade to the EnergyPak Smart 800 battery with an average range of 50-112 miles and a maximum range of 180 miles.

6 ENERGYPAK PLUS

Option to carry an EnergyPak Plus range extender, which provides 250Wh of additional power.

7 SMART ASSIST

Six smart sensors precisely measure the power being applied to the pedals so the motor can provide just the right amount of assistance to create a natural, powerful riding experience. This helps optimize energy efficiency for both the rider and the battery system.

8 RIDECONTROL DASH

This two-in-one unit features buttons to control support modes plus an integrated color display. You can check range, battery level and support mode, along with standard cycling data such as speed and distance without having to add another screen to the E-bike. It also has an ANT+ connection so you can connect a heart rate monitor and other fitness devices.

9 GIANT RIDECONTROL APP

RideControl Ergo 2 wirelessly connects with the RideControl App, so your smartphone can function as a display for ride data and system updates.
