A charismatic Alpine Cheese made from raw, grass-fed milk at the famed Käseri Studer (Studer Dairy) in Switzerland. Washed-rind and aged for a minimum of 10 months, this cheese gives a complex and gratifying depth of flavor – hints of roasted nuts, spice, brown butter, herbs, and fruit with a touch of salted, silky butterscotch on the finish. Texturally dense, creamy, and smooth.

Incredibly snackable. Serve on a cheeseboard with walnuts, apples, and pears; with prosciutto or a sweeter salami; melt into fondue, mac or grilled cheese; caramelize onto potatoes or quiche; pair with an old-fashioned, cider, malty beer, or fruity wine like Chardonnay.
