Kids Fun - Milestones are meaningful moments in every childs life and we want to celebrate them with you! Join us for any (or all!) of our Kids Fun Milestone Moments, where families come together to mark these special seasons in a child’s journey
Whether your child is entering a new stage or taking their first steps in faith, these events are designed to support encourage and celebrate as a community Each Milestone Moment is a fun, family-focused event Find the milestone that fits your child The Blessings, The Basics, or The Change sign up, and come celebrate with us We’ll grow together, laugh together, and invite the Lord to guide every step For more information, contact Lacie Poit
Baptism - Baptism is an outward expression of an inner commitment of our lives to Jesus If you ’ ve previously turned from your sin and given you heart and life to Jesus Christ, then baptism is your next step Go to gfbccom/baptism to sign up Our next baptism date is Sunday June 22nd during the 9:15 AM and 10:50 AM services
Milestone Retreat – Everyone signed up for Crossings Camp will need to join us for our Final Meeting on Sunday, June 29 immediately following the 10:50 service We will meet in the Kids Theater to discuss departure times, packing list, and any other final details All payments and documents will be due this day, too To make payments for camp, go to gfbccom/kids

Our Church?
Lord’s Supper - A symbolic remembrance of Christ's sacrifice The bread and cup represent the body and blood of Christ
Those who have accepted Christ as Savior and Lord can participate in the Lord's Supper during the June 8 Sunday Services
Summer Devotions - Our regular Wednesday activities will take a break for the summer, but we invite you to join us online each Wednesday at 6:30 PM for our Summer Devotions We look forward to seeing you in August for Awakening!
Mission Trips - Each year, in cooperation with the North American Mission Board and Builders for Christ, GFBC sends a team on an evangelism/construction mission trip. Our church will be sending a team to Massachusetts June 21, and another team will be sent International to Guatemala June 28

A MESSAGE / DEVOTION
Skipping Stones
Items Needed: Bible; stones; piece of paper
Write Scripture references on one side of the paper and each sentence on the other side of the paper; make sure to mix them up Read each scripture together and match it to the correct sentence When it is matched, feel free to build a memorial with stones Adjust the number of stones to best fit your family Answers are provided in parentheses
God gives us His Word to help us (2 Timothy 3:16) God keeps His promises (Hebrews 10:23) God provides forgiveness (1 John 1:9) God is always with us (John 1:9) God will always love us (Romans 8:38-39) God gives us peace (2 Thessalonians 3:16)
Explain to your family that the Israelites built a memorial out of stones from the riverbed to remind them of how God took care of them Emphasize to your family the importance of trusting God, obeying Him, and remembering His faithfulness to help us Choose one of the verses to begin memorizing as a family this week
