INTRODUCING GERMANNA’S NEW STAFFORD COUNTY CENTER
Germanna is expanding and relocating in Stafford County with the addition of two new buildings on Center Street. Located off Garrisonville Road and easily accessible from I-95 using exit 143, the new 74,000 square foot Stafford County Center will offer an enhanced learning environment for students pursuing an education in the health sciences, information technology and cybersecurity, and business fields.


10 CENTER STREET
• First opened in a leased building, the Barbara J. Fried Building will now be permanently located at 10 Center Street
• Dedicated to Germanna’s Cybersecurity, I.T., and Business programs
• Named in recognition of the Fried family’s transformational gift to create the Stafford County Center
25 CENTER STREET
• Dedicated to Germanna’s Nursing and Allied Health Sciences programs
• Home to the Robert C. O’Neill Wellness Center, honoring the late husband of Mary Jane Pitts O’Neill, who contributed towards the Stafford County Center.
• Named in recognition of Kevin L. Dillard’s transformational gift to double nursing education programs
