Dr. Gerhard Hütz is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with over three decades of experience at EIB and EBRD.
A PhD in banking law and CTI-trained coach, he now advises global financial institutions, continuing his mission to strengthen compliance and ethics frameworks, support staff development, and protect institutional integrity.
He led international conferences on governance, compliance and ethics, conducted reforms of ethics frameworks, and represented the EIB at FATF and the Global Forum. Today, he offers ethics consultancy and advisory board expertise.
