Action Point runs projects and services for adults with learning disabilities, older people, people experiencing mental health difficulties and disadvantaged or marginalised groups. This project aims to share a collection of photographs that, together, conveys something about its ethos of care.

It provides an alternative narrative to what is often seen and heard on mainstream and social media, shining a light on small acts of love and kindness by a local charity with a small team of staff working with an army of volunteers.
